We're looking for a Social Media & Creative Content Lead to join our team at our Healesville distillery and play a critical role in shaping the digital presence and brand voice of Four Pillars.

 

This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and commercially minded person who thrives at the intersection of content, culture, social media, and brand building. You'll lead the development and execution of our social strategy, oversee content creation from idea through to delivery, and help drive meaningful engagement with consumers across multiple platforms.

 

As part of this role, you will:

  • Develop and execute Four Pillars' social media strategy across key platforms including Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn and expand to new platforms.
  • Lead end-to-end social media creation, from ideation and briefing through to production, publishing and performance analysis.
  • Partner with the Design team to ideate, brief and produce content for campaigns and other brand touchpoints.
  • Drive creator collaboration strategies that build brand love and advocacy.
  • Monitor social trends, audience behaviour, and industry activity to identify opportunities and inform content direction.
  • Drive high performing paid social media campaigns and manage budgets.
  • Partner with Brand, Sales, Trade, Design, Hospitality and more to support content needs and deliver integrated campaigns.
  • Use platform analytics and performance data to optimise content, improve engagement, and drive commercial outcomes.
  • Lead, coach and develop a team of creative and social specialists.

 

To be successful you will bring:

  • A track record of developing and delivering high-performing social media strategy and running social media accounts for brands.
  • Experience with visual direction across photo and video, from low-fi lifestyle content to campaign shoots.
  • Strong copywriting and editing skills, with proven ability to find a story.
  • Deep understanding of social platforms, content creation, community management and digital trends.
  • A passion for consumer culture, storytelling and building brands through community engagement and compelling content.
  • Experience leading creative teams and creating a high-performing environment.
  • Experience in paid social, with a deep understanding of Meta Ads Manager.
  • Experience within FMCG, lifestyle, spirits, beverage or alcohol brands highly regarded but not essential.
  • A proven ability to concept and execute culturally relevant content that delivers both engagement and business impact.
