Duty Manager

We are looking for a full‑time Duty Manager who genuinely cares about hospitality not just the idea of it, but the day‑to‑day reality of looking after people, leading a team, and keeping a busy venue running smoothly.

Little Creatures has been a Fremantle staple for over 25 years, and this next chapter means a lot to us. If you love good food, respect proper Sequence of Service, and know your way around a beer tap, you’ll fit in well here. Personality matters too our team is full of humans who work hard, have a laugh, and take pride in what they do.

What the Role Looks Like:

This isn’t a clipboard‑and‑watch-from-the-sidelines kind of role. You’ll be on the floor, with the team, setting the tone for each shift. You’ll be:

• Leading service with confidence and common sense
• Keeping standards high without making it complicated
• Supporting the team and helping them grow
• Managing day‑to‑day operations with a level head
• Creating a warm, relaxed experience for guests not robotic, just real

If you’re someone who can read a room, stay calm when it ramps up, and keep everyone pointed in the same direction, you’ll do well here.

You’re the kind of person who:

• Actually, enjoys hospitality and the community that comes with it
• Has experience in restaurants or fast‑paced venues
• Knows how to lead without micromanaging
• Brings a bit of banter and personality, but also knows when to switch gears
• Takes pride in doing things properly, even when it’s busy
