Technical Brewer - Fixed Term Contract

We’re on the hunt for a Technical Brewer (Fixed Term – until Jan 2027) to join our East Tamaki team at the Pride.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

• Lead from the floor, collaborating with the brewing team to troubleshoot and ensure our brews are always top quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, attend tier meetings, and support new product development.
• Trial material changes, review brews daily, and ensure our product quality is consistent.
• Identify and close gaps in best practice while proactively seeking opportunities to unlock value across brewing operations.
• Prepare monthly brand owner reports and share insights to drive continuous improvement.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, technologies, and brewing innovations.
• Coach, engage, and mentor Brewery Technicians to grow and succeed.

What You’ll Bring:

• Strong brewing knowledge with hands-on experience in FMCG or brewing environments.
• Diploma in Brewing (or working towards it) or equivalent qualifications.
• A passion for problem-solving, collaboration, and innovation in brewing.
• Previous leadership or coaching experience is a plus.
• TPM and capex project management experience are nice-to-haves.
