Preventative Maintenance Fitter - Night Shift

At The Pride, one of New Zealand’s largest breweries, we craft some of the country’s most loved beverages. Behind every great brew is a strong preventative maintenance team keeping our equipment running smoothly - and that’s where you come in.

As a Preventative Maintenance Fitter, you’ll play a key role in keeping our production equipment reliable and cared for, executing maintenance plans that keep our brewery humming. You’ll work a permanent night shift, 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM, Sunday night through to Friday morning.

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting our site’s preventative maintenance strategy

• Partnering with the Asset Planner to schedule and deliver maintenance work

• Getting stuck into root cause problem solving to reduce downtime

• Helping deliver work orders efficiently

• Championing a safety-first mindset every single day

What you bring to the table:

• Dual or Mechanical trade qualification

• Experience in maintenance or reliability

• Great at engaging stakeholders and bringing people along for the ride

• Strong digital skills and a results-driven attitude

• Experience or understanding of production and packaging in FMCG
