Operations Coordination Leader

12 May 2026

East Tamaki, AUK, NZ

We’re looking for a highly organised Operations Coordination Leader to join The Pride in Auckland.

Part operational coordinator, part site engagement lead, and trusted support to our Brewery Director, this role is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing structure, energy, and momentum to a fast-paced operational environment. You’ll play a key role in keeping the site running smoothly behind the scenes while helping shape the day-to-day experience of our people through leadership coordination, operational support, engagement initiatives, events, and stakeholder management.

No two days will look the same — and that’s part of the opportunity.

What you’ll do:

  • Support the Brewery Director with priorities, calendar management, communications, travel, expenses and day-to-day coordination
  • Coordinate leadership meetings, planning rhythms, presentations and operational activities across The Pride
  • Support engagement initiatives including celebrations, recognition programs, events and culture activities
  • Act as a key connection point across The Pride, with broader connection into our NZ operations sites
  • Support onboarding, leadership visits, site tours and stakeholder engagement
  • Oversee operational support services including supplier management, office coordination and shared resources
  • Provide leadership support and oversight for the onsite bar operations, including leadership of the Duty Manager
  • Drive smarter ways of working through digital tools, AI-enabled solutions and continuous improvement thinking

You’re organised, approachable and comfortable working in an environment where priorities can shift. You build strong relationships, communicate clearly and take pride in delivering work to a high standard. You’ll also bring:

  • Experience supporting senior leaders, leadership or operational teams
  • Strong coordination, planning and stakeholder management skills
  • A solution focused mindset and sharp attention to detail
  • Curiosity and confidence using digital tools, including AI-enabled ways of working
  • Experience in operations, manufacturing, supply chain, hospitality or similar environments is helpful, but not essential

You don’t need to tick every box. If this role excites you and you bring strong coordination, care for people and a proactive approach, we’d love to hear from you.

Why LION?

In this role, you’ll work closely with senior leaders, support meaningful engagement initiatives and help create a site experience where people feel connected, included and set up to do their best work.

At LION, we’re proud of our people and the culture we continue to build across our breweries and sites. You’ll be joining a collaborative team where your contribution will be visible, valued and genuinely connected to how the site operates.
