Network Optimization Analyst

As a Network Optimisation Analyst at the Pride, you’ll be a key part of a collaborative team dedicated to enhancing our Warehouse & Distribution (W&D) and Logistics network efficiency and driving innovation across the business.

This role is all about turning complex data into clear, actionable insights. You’ll partner closely with cross-functional teams to optimise performance, reduce cost, improve customer outcomes and embed smarter, more digital ways of working – all while making a real impact through continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do:

• Contribute to optimisation projects across the network, driving efficiency and performance improvements.
• Use your digital expertise to analyse data, draw insights and translate them into actionable solutions that optimise processes across the business.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems and implement innovative solutions.
• Provide analytical support to strategic projects and decision-making.

What You’ll Bring:

• Experience in data analysis and digital tools, such as Power BI, with a genuine interest to keep growing your digital skill set.
• The ability to code in one or more languages (e.g. SQL, Python, R).
• A natural curiosity to solve problems and optimise processes.
• A collaborative mindset, strong communication skills and confidence working with a range of stakeholders.
• A passion for continuous improvement and making a positive, lasting impact.
