Inventory Controller

We’re on the lookout for an Inventory Controller to join our team and help us keep things moving smoothly behind the scenes. This is a key role where you’ll be the go-to for all things inventory, making sure our stock is accurate, our 3PL partners are aligned, and everything’s ticking along to support great customer outcomes.

You'll also support key reporting and stock data needs, helping the business make informed decisions and stay ahead of the game.

What You'll Bring:

• Experience in a similar environment – warehousing, distribution, operations support, FMCG or supply chain
• A knack for building strong, trusted relationships with both internal and external partners
• A love of process and a sharp eye for the details
• Strong systems and data skills (and confidence with tech!)
• Analytical thinking with a practical edge
• Confident communication and negotiation skills
