Improvement Engineer

We’re on the lookout for an Improvement Engineer to join our team at The Pride. This is a hands-on, high-impact role that balances day-to-day support on the floor with longer-term strategic thinking, especially when it comes to shaping and delivering our capital improvement plans.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

No two days are the same – this role blends technical problem solving, strategic thinking and collaboration. You’ll:

• Take the lead on capital planning, delivering against our 3- and 5-year improvement roadmap.
• Run and support capital projects that support long term performance goals.
• Work closely with frontline teams to spot and drive improvements on the floor.
• Partner with leaders to lift safety, quality, efficiency and reliability.
• Champion safe practices, working with internal and external suppliers to deliver quality outcomes.

What You’ll Bring:

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and build effective partnerships.
• A background in brewing or RTD, with an IBD Diploma in Brewing (or interest in gaining it)
• Engineering or project management experience (a bonus, not a must).
• Sharp problem solving skills, with experience in root cause analysis, continuous improvement and corrective actions.
• A working knowledge of lean manufacturing and a curious mindset to explore industry trends.
