Brewery Technician

We’re looking for a number of Brewery Technicians to join our Packaging team. This could be your first step into the beverage industry, bringing fresh perspective to the team from a different manufacturing environment, or you might already have experience in the industry; we’re open-minded and excited to see what you bring!

The Pride runs a 24hr rotational roster, and right now we’ve got roles available that cover rotating shifts of mornings (6:00am – 2:00pm) and afternoons (2:00pm – 10:00pm), Monday to Friday.

These are permanent full-time roles based at our East Tamaki site. You’ll need to be comfortable with some manual handling and heavy lifting.

You'll be a key part of the team that keeps our packaging lines running safely and efficiently. Your day-to-day will include:

• Operating and monitoring high-speed machinery
• Performing hygiene and cleaning duties
• Running quality tests and completing documentation
• Supporting routine maintenance 

Some of the Skills You’ll Bring:

• Team player mentality, with the ability to collaborate effectively
• Strong problem solving skills and a focus on finding solutions
• Drive, initiative, and motivation to learn and improve
• FMCG experience is a plus, but not a must
• Comfortable in a fast-paced workplace
• A mechanical aptitude to run automated and complex machinery
