Beverage Operations Manager - Fixed Term Contract

In our Supply Chain team, we’re empowered to make a difference by delivering best-in-class solutions. As part of this we’ve got an exciting opportunity for a Beverage Operations Manager to join the team at The Pride on a contract running through to mid-January 2027.  

In this role, you’ll be part of the site leadership team, helping shape the strategic direction of the multi-beverage manufacturing site, leading with purpose, and fostering a culture where safety, quality, and performance thrive.

What you’ll be doing:

• Driving safety, quality, and performance across the site
• Leading the Beverage leaders and team to deliver on key site and business priorities
• Creating space for continuous improvement and new ways of thinking
• Contributing to site strategy as a valued member of the leadership team
• Coaching and developing your team to build future capability
• Growing your own leadership, strategic and technical skills along the way

What you’ll bring:

• Technical brewing knowledge with a current Master Brewer Certificate (or commitment to attain one)
• Proven leadership experience across cross-functional teams
• A track record of driving change and embedding new ways of working
• Confidence in adopting new technology and optimising processes
• Experience managing performance, development, and change
• A genuine passion for coaching others and building capability
