Sales Executive

We're looking for a Sales Executive to join our Field Sales team, based in Christchurch, looking after customers across Christchurch and the West Coast.

This is a great opportunity to take ownership of your territory, build strong customer partnerships and help grow some of New Zealand's most loved beverage brands.

You'll work primarily with our On Premise customers in Christchurch, while also managing a mix of On Premise, Traditional Liquor and Grocery customers across the West Coast.

We're looking for someone with drive, initiative and a willingness to learn. Whether you've already got some sales experience or bring strong transferable skills and are keen to build your career in sales, we'd love to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

• Build strong relationships with existing customers, understanding their needs and identifying opportunities to grow.
• Take ownership of your territory, managing customer accounts and delivering against sales targets.
• Bring our brands to life in market, executing sales initiatives, promotions and new product launches.
• Discover new opportunities and grow our presence with customers across the region.
• Manage On Premise customer agreements and outlet renewals.
• Plan and manage your time effectively across your territory, including monthly trips to the West Coast (typically 2 nights away).

What You’ll Bring:

• Some sales experience would be great, particularly in On Premise, but it's not essential. We're open to different backgrounds and transferable skills.
• Strong relationship-building skills and the confidence to engage with a range of customers and stakeholders.
• A proactive, can-do attitude with the drive to make things happen.
• Organisation and planning skills, with the ability to manage your time and priorities.
• Curiosity, adaptability and a willingness to learn, particularly when it comes to new systems, digital tools and AI.
• A commercial mindset and the ability to spot opportunities and deliver results.

• A valid driver’s licence.
