We’re recruiting for a Sales Executive to sell some of the most exciting brands in the Australian and International beer, cider and seltzer market. This includes iconic brands such as Tooheys, XXXX, Hahn, Stone & Wood and White Claw. This role services parts of NSW and Northern ACT including Yass, Goulburn, Young, Boorowa and Canberra. What does a day in the life of a Lion Sales Executive look like?

  • You will work with our established customers, creating innovative strategies that range from account planning to in-store merchandising and promotional execution with the goal of getting more of our brands into consumers’ hands
  • You will travel to our customers’ sites to fully engage and get to know their needs to service and support them
  • You will be an absolute brand and company advocate, delivering growth through on-point and disciplined brand execution
  • Work with and collaborate effectively as a part of the wider Sales and Marketing Team
  • Always be on the hunt for potential growth and development opportunities within current and new customers

 
What are we looking for?

  • A customer and consumer-obsessed individual, you’ll be driven to build strong and effective customer partnerships
  • Sales experience: You may come from a consumer goods, retail, hospitality or even recruitment or pharmaceuticals background – whichever this may be, you are motivated by sales and have a drive for results
  • A proactive attitude and the courage to pursue new business opportunities. You should be comfortable with actively seeking out prospects and embracing each day with unwavering enthusiasm
  • Accountability – you keep your promises and deliver on your commitments
  • A full, clean driver’s licence and the ability to work in Australia on a permanent basis
