Sales Executive

We’re on the lookout for our next Sales Executive to join our team, looking after Eastern Melbourne!

What you'll do:

• Own your territory: Drive sales performance, identify opportunities for growth and bring our brands to life across on-premise and off-premise customers.
• Hunt with our Pride: Drive new business while strengthening relationships with existing customers.
• Win with our customers: Understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions that benefit the customer, consumer and LION.
• Be a brand advocate: Bring our brands to life through high‑impact, consumer‑focused execution.
• Share your passion: Deliver memorable events and training sessions with the consumer front and centre.

What you'll bring:

• Experience in sales, ideally within liquor, beverages or FMCG. A strong hospitality background with a commercial mindset could also set you up for success.
• A genuine love of building relationships and finding opportunities to grow.
• A proactive, self-motivated approach, with the confidence to manage your own territory and deliver results.
• Local market insight, you understand your community and use that knowledge to achieve outstanding outcomes.
• A valid driver's licence and RSA.
