Lion, home to Australia’s most iconic beer and RTD brands – Hahn, XXXX, Stone & Wood, and Kirin Hyoketsu (to name a few) – is looking for a passionate and results-driven Field Sales Director to lead our Victorian, South Australian and Tasmanian State Sales Managers.
In this role, you will drive sales growth and market share by developing strategic sales plans with the State Sales Managers, building strong partnerships with customers and industry players in each state, and setting the standard for operational excellence. You’ll inspire and empower a high performing team with a strong focus on safety and performance.
You will work collaboratively with teams across Lion to achieve volume, share and revenue growth plans. Your Mission:
- Deliver with Impact: Lead the charge to exceed volume, revenue and market share goals.
- Own Customer & Industry Engagement: Nurture productive, mutually beneficial business relationships with customers and industry associations, representing Lion at various events.
- Collaborate for Success: Operate as one Lion, influencing cross-functional alignment with Planning, Channel, and Customer teams to unlock growth.
- Negotiate and Persuade: Represent Lion in major Pourage Rights deals, owning negotiation strategy and long-term value creation.
- Drive Operational Excellence: Embed Lion processes, technology and tools across the field sales team.
- Lead and Coach: Create, develop and lead a high-performing leadership team, driving team engagement and championing a high-growth culture.
