Your day in the life of a Lion S&W Brand Manager
We’re on the lookout for a hands-on, creative, and commercially savvy Brand Manager to join the Stone & Wood team at our spiritual home in Byron Bay.
You'll be part of a passionate, values-driven Byron team that puts people first, celebrates sustainability, and brews with a whole lot of heart.
Supporting the Marketing Manager, you’ll translate our long-term strategy into an effective annual brand plan and lead the execution of that plan.
You’ll work closely with an Assistant Brand Manager and collaborate with cross-functional teams, turning insights into action, creating meaningful consumer connections and driving brand growth.
This is a 12-month Fixed Term parental cover to mid Sept
What You'll Do
- Champion the Brand: Reflect the brand vision and positioning of Stone & Wood across Australia, ensuring everything we do stays true to our ethos.
- Make it Happen: Build and deliver integrated marketing plans—across digital, social, events, and partnerships.
- Lead from the Front: Manage a myriad of marketing projects, bringing varied stakeholders along the journey
- Leverage Data to Drive Growth: Use insights and market data to identify opportunities, refine messaging, and influence brand and innovation strategy.
- Own the Brand Experience: Oversee everything from packaging updates to merch drops to ensure a consistent, high-impact brand presence.
- Collaborate Across the Business: Work with sales, supply chain, revenue management, brewing and innovation to deliver brand and business goals.
- Measure What Matters: Track performance across brand health, market share, and campaign results—and act on it.
To be successful you will bring
- Established experience in brand marketing, ideally within beverages, FMCG, or purpose-led consumer brands
- A balance of strategic thinking and practical execution—you can build a plan and roll up your sleeves to make it happen.
- Strong grasp of consumer behaviour, brand storytelling, and through the line marketing.
- Great communication and stakeholder management skills—you bring people with you.
- Passion for community, sustainability, and of course, beer.
