Technical Brewer

As part of this, we are looking for a Technical Brewer to join the team at Milton in a permanent, full-time position. This an exciting opportunity where you will play a key role in maintaining, developing and continuously improving our brewing processes and systems, and continue to meet world class standards across a range of brewing outputs.

As a Technical Brewer you will be responsible for improved quality outcomes through disciplined process problem-solving, robust quality processes, strong process control as well as food safety controls. If you are motivated, driven and excited about the science behind brewing, then this may be a great next step in your career progression.

Your previous coaching and leadership experience will support you with building technical capability, benching strength and influencing outcomes with key stakeholders.

To be successful in this role you will have an IBD qualification in Brewing, with a degree in Chemistry, Microbiology or similar also being advantageous.
