We now have a fixed term, opportunity for a Waste Water Driver to join the team.

In this hands-on role, your main focus will be operating a tractor with a water tank. As a self-motivated and enthusiastic individual, you’ll be part of a close-knit team who take pride in working safely, supporting one another, and producing wines worth sharing.

This role typically involves long days (up to 10 hours), up to 6 days a week, depending on operational needs. Hours may start lower and then ramp up as grape intake increases and taper off toward the end of the season.

The role is based at Wither Hills in Marlborough.

Activities you’ll be doing:

• Operating a tractor with a water tank to distribute water.
• Driving between vineyard blocks and the winery to refill the tank.
• Working independently for long periods while following clear processes.
• Maintaining a strong safety-first mindset at all times.
• Supporting general vineyard duties as required.

Some of the skills you will bring:

• A current, full driver’s license.
• A good level of physical fitness.
• Previous experience in a tractor would be an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.
• A positive, reliable attitude and strong commitment to safety.
