Team Leader

The Pride is the largest brewery in New Zealand and home to some of New Zealand’s most iconic and beloved beer and beverage brands.

We are currently looking for a Beverage and Brewing Team Leader to join our team, where you will lead a team of high performing Brewery Technicians, overseeing the production process and ensuring the delivery of high-quality beverages.

This role will operate on rotational shifts, with may include mornings, afternoons and night shifts.

What You'll Do:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a talented team of Brewing Technicians to ensure the highest production and performance standards.
• Collaborate with the wider operations team and key stakeholders to achieve outstanding business results.
• Drive a continuous improvement mindset within the team, ensuring a culture of efficiency and quality.
• Oversee brewing and beverage processes and ensure the production of world-class beverages.
• Maintain and enhance operational safety and quality standards.

What You Bring to the Role:

• Strong to influence, coach, mentor, and build capability across the team
• High accountability and drive for performance
• Previous leadership experience OR experience leading projects across the team
• Analytical and systematic problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and implement solutions.
• Tertiary qualifications in Food Science or Chemical Engineering
• A IBD Diploma, or the drive to obtain one

This role operates on rotational shifts, which may include mornings, afternoons and night shifts
