Sales Operations Specialist

This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a newly created, high-impact role focused on driving the effective execution of customer plans through strong operational processes, clear communication, and robust governance.
Reporting to the Sales Enablement Leader, you’ll partner with our National Accounts teams and shape how work gets done—bringing structure to complexity, driving alignment across stakeholders, and turning plans into action. This is about being proactive, not reactive, and continuously lifting how we operate.
This is a permanent full-time position based in Auckland, with flexible working arrangements available.
What you’ll do
- Own the communication rhythm across the National Accounts cycle, ensuring clarity and consistency
- Lead cross-functional initiatives, from annual planning through to fast-paced activations
- Connect and align stakeholders across sales, supply chain, marketing, finance, and external partners
- Own and evolve end-to-end processes to drive efficiency and better outcomes
- Enable execution through smart use of systems and tools (e.g. SAP, Sales Hub)
- Uphold strong governance across pricing, compliance, and operational frameworks
About you
- Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- A confident communicator who can influence and align diverse stakeholders
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving outcomes end-to-end
- Commercially aware, with a solid understanding of how businesses operate
- Experience in FMCG or similarly complex environments is a plus
- Background in sales, sales support, marketing, or commercial roles
