We are currently looking for a Revenue Growth Manager to join or team. Revenue Growth Management (RGM) is one of the top priority areas for Lion NZ. We want to build exceptional capability across this workstream delivering commercial, category and shopper focussed solutions for our portfolio. With RGM being at the forefront of what we do, there is an exciting pipeline of initiatives that have been resourced to go after and unlock. 

 

In this role you will develop and deliver revenue strategy to Marketing & Sales to unlock mutual category growth for Lion and our customers. This role works in an agile way, flexing across all categories and channels.

 

Your key responsibilities may include:

  • Support Head of RGM to build upon capabilities to be a world class RGM team.
  • Develop a 3Y revenue strategy across categories. Cascading the strategy into annual plans that are then executed, reviewed and tracked for future opportunities.
  • Identify whitespace opportunities within categories to deliver incremental demand
  • Optimise our price pack architecture. Assess role of pack, and consumer occasions to identify PPA opportunities to unlock new demand in the market.
  • Promotion Optimisation, accelerate our adoption of TPO to maximise return on investment through process, tools and automation.    
  • Business partner with Brand, Sales, Commercial and external consultants on delivering revenue growth strategy
  • Build powerful Revenue growth dashboards that deliver killer insights and educate cross-functional teams through regular capability sessions.

 

Key to your success will be:

  • Technical expertise in RGM tools & principles, with a deep understanding of category dynamics, trends and competitive sets.
  • Proven experience in RGM/Pricing or Commercial BP roles  
  • Strong data and analysis capabilities, with the ability to translate data and insights into easily understandable strategy and plans
  • Strong stakeholder management skillset, being comfortable with challenging conversations and seeking to understand other perspectives
