We are currently seeking a Receptionist to join us in a Part-Time Permanent position based at our Auckland CBD Head Office.
The hours required in this role are Monday – Friday, 9.30am-2.30pm. However, there may also be requirement for you to work outside of these normal hours.
Your key responsibilities in this role include, but are not limited to:
- Demonstrating a professional and friendly manner when meeting & greeting people.
- Manage a clean, presentable, and fully functional reception & bar area.
- Ordering of stationery and consumables.
- Manage the sorting of mail & all courier’s coming into the building.
- Support with Office facility maintenance.
- Support with wider business requirements, to ensure a smooth & efficiently managed office.
The successful candidate will possess a blend of the following skills and experience:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to new systems quickly.
- Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail.
- Punctual, reliable and able to work both independently and in a team environment.
