Production Team Leader

The Havana Coffee Works crew are on the hunt for a skilled individual to join the team as our Production Team Leader, based in Auckland at Havana Coffee Works in Parnell.  

This is a permanent role, with the purpose of providing people leadership to a high-performing team, overseeing the production process and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products.  We're a small site but you'll be able to make a massive impact to how we operate! 

Your core role will be to:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a talented team of Production Team Members to ensure the highest production and performance standards.
• Collaborate with the wider operations team and key stakeholders to achieve outstanding business results.
• Drive a continuous improvement mindset within the team, ensuring a culture of efficiency and quality.
• Maintain and enhance operational safety and quality standards.

The skills & experience we’re looking for from someone in this role:

• Previous experience within FMCG or similar
• Strong ability to influence, coach, mentor, and build capability across a team
• High accountability and drive for performance
• High level process improvement skills, strategic problem solving & analytical ability
