Production Electrician

We are currently looking for a Production Electrician to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for electrical maintenance, process and equipment improvement projects, fault diagnosis and breakdown repairs. You will also utilise root-cause analysis to deliver best practice continuous improvement.

The Role 

Step into our reliability team, looking after our assets across Lion:

• First response to breakdowns
• Reliability activities to optimise production and minimise downtime
• Scheduled preventative and corrective maintenance
• Assist contractors attending the site for equipment maintenance
• Champion a safety-first culture across the Brewery

This is a shift-based role, operating on 2-week rotations. This will include 2 weeks of mornings (6am – 2pm) followed by 2 weeks of afternoons (2pm – 10pm).

About You

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

• An electrical trade qualification or equivalent
• Strong hands-on experience in electrical maintenance (preferably in a manufacturing environment)
• Decision making in ambiguous situations
• Proven communication ability and a team player attitude
• Strong motivation to succeed and deliver quality results
