Demand Planner

We have a great opportunity for a Demand Planner to join our Demand team in Lion New Zealand on a permanent basis. This role will report to our Demand Leader and is based in Fanshawe Street, Auckland.

As a Demand Planner your key purpose is to effectively manage and communicate demand plans and forecasts for use in Lion NZ’s Integrated Business Planning process. You will support key business partners across Sales, Marketing and Supply to enrich plans across the medium to long term planning horizons (12 to 36 months) as well as engagement in innovation project teams. 

We're looking for someone with:

• Demand planning experience ideally in an FMCG environment 
• Analytical mindset with strength in connecting insights to tangible business & customer outcomes
• Proven problem-solving capability with a solution-focused mindset
• Confident engaging with a range of stakeholders, with the ability to be a trusted business partner.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to all levels of the business.
• Excellent collaboration skills; work within a team to achieve common goals and be able to work with other teams & business functions
