As our Brand Manager, you will have responsibility for:
- Developing brand plans, including diagnostics, strategy and tactics
- Work with our global team wine team on brand communications, including annual brand planning and strategy definition
- Manage ATL and BTL campaigns across the wine portfolio
- Innovation development, the gate process and product launch
- Management of brand owner partners or similar relationship management experience
- Create and deliver to brand budgets and financial KPIs
- Support P&L ownership, commercial analysis and forecasting
- Drive brand availability by managing distribution and sales activation plans
- Manage brand operations including, budget phasing and reporting
- Share best practices, build capability and foster collaborative ways of working
To be successful for this role, you will bring:
- Strong capability across brand diagnosis, strategy, planning and execution
- Excellent storytelling skills and the ability to translate insights into compelling creative work
- Experience in innovation launches and ATL and BTL activity management
- Solid project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong commercial acumen and budget management capability
- High‑quality written and verbal communication skills
- Strong stakeholder management and the ability to build collaborative relationships
