This is a unique role, offering an incredible opportunity to be responsible for the management and direction of these globally adored brands.
As our Assistant Brand Manager, you will have responsibility for:
- Manage the development and implementation of brand strategies and annual brand plans
- Support the relationship with Diageo to deliver on the commercial objectives of the partnership
- Delivering differentiated and inspirational marketing programmes to drive engagement with consumers
- Support the senior team senior team in delivering portfolio & brand strategies and activations on time, and to a high standard.
- Developing a comprehensive knowledge of the market to provide insights and support opportunities for development of brands and business strategy.
- Working within cross functional teams, including sales, category, innovation and supply chain to achieve the agreed 1-3 year achievement goals
To be successful for this role, you will bring:
- Previous experience working as an Assistant Brand Manager within FMCG is preferred
- Strong attention to detail, budget management skills and a results focused approach
- Proven communication skills, understanding the unique needs of different audiences
- Solid stakeholder management skills from internal colleagues through to external partners
- Strong learning agility combine with data and digital literacy
- Experience of Brand Marketing and Brand Management
- Demonstrated ability to contribute to strategic plans and think innovatively
