Little Creatures Fremantle, is looking for bright, friendly humans to help to bring to life the Little Creatures venue. If you love great beer, good food, and making people feel genuinely looked after, this could be your perfect role.

Little Creatures has been a Fremantle staple for over 25 years,If you love good food, get the dance of hospitality, where every little step matters, and know your way around a beer tap, you’ll fit in well here. As a Casual Food & Beverage Attendant, you’ll be right in the heart of the action, pouring beers, running plates, keeping the venue buzzing, and creating those little moments that make guests feel at home. With fresh spaces, new energy, and an iconic Fremantle vibe, this is an exciting chance to help shape the Little Creatures experience from day one.

Restaurant and bar knowledge is looked upon very favourably but ultimately, we value people with the right attitude, willingness to learn, and confidence to engage with guests in a real and natural way.

What the Role Involves

You’ll be hands‑on, moving between bar, floor, and general service depending on the needs of the shift. No day is the same, and that’s part of the fun.

You’ll be:

• Delivering friendly, attentive service
• Looking after guests with a relaxed but professional approach
• Running food and drinks confidently and efficiently
• Working closely with the team to keep service smooth
• Maintaining high standards in presentation, cleanliness, and consistency
• Demonstrating strong communication and a bit of personality along the way

Who We're Looking For

You’re someone who:

• Has bar or restaurant experience, or a strong interest in learning
• Brings a positive attitude and enjoys being around people
• Works well under pressure and handles busy shifts with ease
• Communicates clearly and isn’t afraid to have a bit of banter
• Enjoys hospitality and being part of a team that supports each other
• Shows initiative and takes pride in doing things properly

If you know how to juggle a tray, pour a beer, or talk confidently about food, that’s a big plus but we’re equally keen on people with the drive to learn and grow.
