Casual Chef

About the role

This hands-on role is ideal for a chef who enjoys variety and has experience working across pizza, larder and hot sections in a fast-paced environment. You'll be part of a friendly and supportive team delivering quality food to our members and guests.

Key responsibilities

• Preparing and cooking menu items across pizza, larder, pans and grill sections

• Maintaining high food quality, consistency and presentation standards

• Assisting with stock rotation, ordering and minimising waste

• Ensuring food safety and kitchen hygiene standards are followed

• Working efficiently during busy service periods

• Contributing to a positive and team-focused kitchen culture

About you

• Qualified chef or equivalent industry experience

• Experience in à la carte, club, pub or restaurant kitchens

• Confident working independently across multiple sections

• Strong understanding of food safety and kitchen operations

• Reliable, punctual and well organised

• Available to work a mix of days, nights, weekends and public holidays
