We are on the lookout for an experienced and passionate Chef de Partie who wants to be part of a fun, committed and experienced Venue team. Our restaurant is open Monday to Sunday lunches only and for private functions by appointment.  You must have experience in busy, professional kitchens, a positive can-do attitude and a strong passion for all things food.  

 

The key experience we're looking for from someone in this role is:

- Qualifications in food safety management and commercial cookery qualifications (preferably cert 3 & 4)
- A broad and in-depth understanding of hospitality including local and industry trends, key suppliers and customers
- Understanding of quality seasonal produce and sound consumption planning

 

The pay rate range for this role would be $29.70 per hour, and you would be on a 30 hour per week minimum contract to allow for seasonal fluctuating hours across the week.
