Junior Sous Chef

The Wither Hills team are currently seeking a Permanent Full Time Junior Sous Chef to support our close-knit and professional kitchen team! This role would be full time on a 35hr per week minimum contract to allow for fluctuating hours across the seasons.

About the Role:
•    Running the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef
•    Being an integral part of our kitchen team, managing and motivating junior chefs
•    Working closely with the Head Chef to drive our cuisine.
•    Driving consistency and quality to match our excellent wine!
